FedEx introduces new fulfillment solution for small and medium-sized businesses
Third-party logistics provider FedEx Supply Chain has introduced new fulfillment solution for small and medium-sized businesses.
FedEx Fulfillment is a new e-commerce solution, which enables small and medium-sized businesses to fulfill orders from multiple channels such as websites and online marketplaces.
The new logistics solution will also allow businesses to manage inventory for their retail stores
The new integrated supply chain solution allows businesses to achieve profitable and scalable growth through its warehousing, fulfillment, packaging, transportation and reverse logistics services.
Customers can completely check their products with the support of new fulfillment solution. It helps to track items, manage inventory, analyze trends, and make informed decisions based on shoppers’ spending behaviors.
According to FedEx, the service is supported by a platform that incorporates selling channels and manages inventory.
FedEx Express e-commerce senior vice president Carl Asmus said: “FedEx Fulfillment is the latest in a series of offerings designed to help our customers succeed as e-commerce continues to grow.
“Moving goods efficiently and reliably is what we do best. By teaming up with FedEx Supply Chain and utilizing the world-renowned FedEx networks, customers can focus less on fulfillment and logistics challenges and more on growing their businesses.”
FedEx Supply Chain senior vice president Ryan Kelly said: “Online shoppers show deep-rooted loyalty to brands with fast shipments, easy returns, positive customer service experiences and flexible delivery options.”
